Online Reservation/Cancellation Policy & Payment methods
The Online Reservation process
After completion of the online reservation you will receive an e-mail confirming your pre booking. Please verify the correctness of the pre booking details (name, surname, date of arrival and departure date, etc.) and inform us in the event of any error.
Taletos Apartments has the right to cancel a reservation within the first 24 hour after booking if the room has already been booked by phone for another customer or through other reservation platform.
You will receive an e-mail message and you will be asked to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount. Also, the bank account number will be given to you for the deposit of the advance payment. The advance must be deposited within the days specified in the answering e-mail. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
After the advance has been deposited in our bank account you will be notified via e-mail confirming your reservation.
In the case of force majeure or wrong booking, the company is committed to refund your deposit and find other similar accommodation for your stay if possible.
Cancellations – changes
In the event of a change or cancellation of your reservation you must notify us by e-mail or by telephone, and you will receive the appropriate confirmation for the change or cancellation of your reservation.
You can cancel your reservation up to 21 days before the date of arrival. In this case your deposit amount will be refunded. The transaction fees for the bank transfers shall be borne by the customer and not by the accommodation facility.
If you cancel your reservation less than 21 days before the date of arrival, you will be charged with the entire amount of advance payment.

Swimming Pool Hours
From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Quiet hours: from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
